Safety is our top priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy prohibiting drivers from operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol while providing transportation services. Riders may report concerns about suspected driver impairment through our complaint process: https://www.mtm-inc.net/contact/ or by contacting the number for Transportation on the member’s Medical ID card. All reports are promptly reviewed, and drivers are suspended from service pending investigation when required. Passenger complaint records are maintained in accordance with applicable Michigan law.
