Our powerful platform manages everything from: member eligibility, trips, providers (both commercial and IDP), schedules, provider credentialing, reporting, and provider payments. Our platform also allows us to greatly optimize trip distribution management of network providers, as well as monitor, control and coordinate service in real-time to ensure the highest possible quality.
Veyo’s platform and real-time controls enable us to manage a supply system of what we refer to as a “Virtual Fleet.” Our Virtual Fleet can scale up and down to meet changes in demand—within minutes—using our platform’s powerful predictive analytics to constantly understand demand patterns; it’s how we manage to keep member grievances at an all-time low. Our operations team monitors supply levels in all areas to ensure the right type and amount of supply is always available, with a car always around the corner from where it’s needed.
We offer our Providers a unique portal to access all information regarding trip details and history, payment information, credentialing and licensing info, and much much more. We recently redesigned and re-configured this portal in August 2016 to better suit Provider needs and will continue to work with Providers to increase usability and productivity. With the Provider Portal, Veyo Providers can view, accept, route, and dispatch trips to their vehicle fleets. When partnered with our Driver-Provider app, the Provider Portal allows for seamless trip tracking and management, giving everyone from the Veyo operations team to the Provider themselves access to GPS-trip data, credential history, and training information for each vehicle and driver.
Veyo strives to provide total transparency and data-driven insights to our customers. Here’s how: In addition to typical periodic reports, Veyo makes real-time, operational performance data available in our customer dashboards. Authorized administrators can view real-time service levels, utilization patterns, and trip-level detail, such as vehicle route and time-stamped trip timelines. These customized reports can be accessed and downloaded at any time.
In addition to self-service reports, Veyo’s analytics team can collaborate with plan administrators on member initiatives, such as helping members find medical providers close to home.
