San Diego, CA (July 7, 2020) – Veyo joins the growing coalition pledging to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. One of more than 1,000 CEOs that have come together for CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, Josh Komenda is committing himself and Veyo to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

By signing on to this commitment, Veyo is pledging to take action to cultivate a workplace where diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected and where employees feel encouraged to discuss diversity and inclusion. The collective of more than 1,000 signatories have already shared more than 1,000 best known actions, exchanging tangible learning opportunities and creating collaborative conversations via the initiative’s unified hub, CEOAction.com.

“I’m proud to sign the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ commitment,” said Josh Komenda, the president of Veyo. “While diversity and inclusion are difficult topics to tackle, recent events have made it clear that they’re essential to creating and maintaining a culture where people from all backgrounds feel included. Along with our newly formed Diversity and Inclusion Program, this commitment is one more way we’re working to better the culture at Veyo and support an open dialogue on these complex conversations.”

Organizations joining the pledge are taking a step towards effecting positive change. A diverse and inclusive workforce facilitates community, but also drives innovation and creativity. A recent study found that 85 percent of those surveyed reported that diversity is a key component to fostering innovation.
