Partner Support Specialist – Phoenix, AZ

We’re looking for someone to manage the onboarding of new drivers, support existing drivers, and enhance communication at all levels. Enforcement and compliance of all account specific policies and company rules of conduct. Focus on growing relationships with independent driver providers and work to promote the brand.‪

Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:

  • On-board new drivers
  • Support existing drivers
  • Recruit new drivers
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
  • Develop and execute driver education programs
  • Provide feedback to development team on platform & app
  • Cross promote and support outside marketing, branding, and events
  • Provide regular communication with the team

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting and marketing experience and customer service, preferably in a start-up or dynamic company
  • 2+ years of operations experience managing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Track record of setting goals, creating action plans, and delivering results
  • ‪Experience networking and building a talent base
  • ‪Success in high volume recruiting
  • Excels in customer service and building client relationships
  • Familiarity with SAAS platform technology and functionality

Education and Experience

Required experience:  Operations experience: 2 years

‪Preferred education:  ‪Bachelor’s degree

Language Skills

You will have superior communication, customer service, and management skills along with the ability to present positive messaging and communicate vital information to our customers on a daily basis.

Other Qualifications

Intermediate to advanced ability with Excel, Word skills. Must be able to foster and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication and work effectively with all levels of employees, including executive management.
