Customer Service Call Center Agent – Boise, ID

Veyo is using its platform and app-based transportation services to reinvent the medical logistics world. Our company is using technology to pioneer new operational models to help make transportation more powerful and more reliable for the healthcare industry.
We’re looking for smart, fun-loving people to join our team, and are currently in search of a Customer Service Call Center Agent to join our team in Boise, ID. Primary Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls with approved scripting
- Be dependable, courteous, and like helping others
- Enter trip requests with accuracy
- Ability to navigate through multiple screens
- Proficient in online map systems
- Provide exceptional quality of service and assist all customers
- Answer all inquiry calls and research customer concerns
- Stay current on all service policies, procedures and training updates
Our ideal candidates will have some or all of the following:
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Six months of call center experience preferred
- Type 30 words per minute
- Exceptional computer navigational skills
- Computer experience required, including the ability to learn new computer programs
- Knowledge of the geographical area
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and exceptional problem solving skills
System Requirements (minimum, required)
- High-speed at home internet connection
- Window 7+ computer
- Good working area in quite setting
Phone screening interviews will be made on 5/23/2016 until 5/31/2016 and scheduled interviews will be held at Best Western Northern Lodge from 6/1/16 until 6/2/16. Training class will start 6/13/2016.
