Provider Operations Analyst

Veyo is using its platform and app-based transportation services to reinvent the medical logistics world. Our company is using technology to pioneer new operational models to help make transportation more powerful and more reliable for the healthcare industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers, and identify providers in targeted markets utilizing internal market research, purchased lists, public records, and open source information.
  • Negotiate rates with providers interested in partnering with Veyo.
  • Create partnerships with transportation providers by leveraging the Veyo platform in order to fulfill contract demand.  
  • Introduce and educate interested providers on the Veyo platform.
  • Assist providers with the onboarding and credentialing process.  
  • Review contract requirements with providers.  
  • Communicate and educate providers on the Value of Veyo.
  • Demonstrate and promote core values of the company and professional excellence.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed and/or assigned.

Our ideal candidates will have some or all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  
  • 1-2 years of operational experience, preferably with a technology company.  Experience with healthcare or transportation industries a plus.
  • Comfortable working with MS Excel and Salesforce.
  • Analytical, comfortable working with data and statistics, experience with business intelligence and modeling, and operational analytics funnels.
  • Be extremely comfortable with technology including computers and mobile applications. Experience with a SAAS-based platform is a definite plus.
  • Flexible to accommodate changes in the business, strategy, and technology.

Must possess some or all of the following demonstrable skills:

  • Strong relationship building and management utilizing a variety of modalities (in-person, email, phone, video conferencing, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; possess the ability to effectively explain business models and technology to a variety of audiences.
  • The ability to learn new technology, tools, processes, and content knowledge.
  • Customer service excellence.

Physical requirements:  Office environment, work at a desk for scheduled hours.

Travel requirements: Frequent travel to launch new markets.
